Now I'm basically starting from scratch again I need some high-cushioned, easy run shoes.
Has anyone tried either of these? Many thanks.

I have both and I love them both, but for different reasons. When my legs are fresh the Infinities feel nicer. It feels more natural and you can feel the ground more. When my legs are beat up during a 90 mile marathon week I always reach for the invincibles. The cushion is a game changer.
I have tried both. I really like the Invincible, but they are a bit cushy for some. My last pair lasted longer than comparable shoes. I really don't like the Infinity Run. The React foam has just never been pleasant to me. I'd run in a pair of Vomeros over the Infinity Run.
If you don't want to go full-on soft and cushy, I really like the NB Supercomp Trainer and the NB 1080v10, v11, and v12 as still forgiving and cushioned, but not to the extent of the Invincible. Most of the time I really love the Invincible, but sometimes it feels like the softness is working against me.
I have both and I'm pleased with both. Durability has been great, especially on the infinity run which has held up nicely for 2-3 years now. The softer and more cushioned of the two is obviously the invincible, which is a bit clunkier and heavier while you can get a bit more turnover in the infinities. I use Infinity run for normal distance runs/warmup/longruns, and the invincibles for the same + slow early morning jogs. I'd get the infinity run 2/3 over 1 if you wanna get those, since the heel counter on the 1's is sharp and can cause some pain. Other from that the fit is great on both.
Invincibles all the way, no comparison. I've switched all my runs, with the exception of track workouts and races, over to the invincible. Embrace the cushion, and don't look back.
Cheers. Just need to get a donut bottle and some massive headphones and I'm set for my big comeback.
I Had the infinitys and did not like them at all. felt like i was running in cinder blocks. just bought the invincibles. hope i like them more. only $100 on black friday, figured it was worth a shot.
Ive run in nothing but streaks, pros and speeds last several months, so the softness is probably going to take some time to get used to.
What? As in very firm?
I was swayed towards these as I'll be trying to run on sort surfaces for a while, and they're supposed to be robust.
I have both. I like the Invincible much better. The cushioning is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They really do make me feel invincible!
The only downside to the Invincible is they have sort of ruined every other shoe for me because nothing else comes close to the cushion and shock absorption. I’ve tried the Tempus, Infinity, and the Fresh Foam 860, and they all feel like I’m running barefoot compared to the Invincible.
