I am a freshman in college and my first race is in 2 weeks and I have no clue what I should aim for in the 3k. Last spring I had prs of 4:18 for the mile and 9:15 for the 2 mile. I had a very productive training block this summer and fall. I ran my 8k pr of 25:00 on a fairly easy course and I probably could have ran a bit faster.
This upcoming race is the first race of the indoor season and I would like to hear any predictions/advice. Thanks
