Where did I say that it did? Stop making stuff up. Do you think this article is my only source? I've been reading extensively on this for days. The sources for my statement come from multiple and various sources, including both his and Kipchoge's social media, and the official 1:59 website which listed him as "one of the strongest training partners of Kipchoge."
World Athletics president confirms east African nation will not receive a global suspension from the sport despite an alarming spate of drugs positives
I wonder how many more Kenyan busts Coe believes it will take before the credibility of the sport is destroyed forever? Presumably there will be even more busts over the next year if Kenya is serious about cracking down and spending more money on the problem. What if Kipchoge gets busted?

Huge disapointment but not surprising. After all, Coe went out his way to cover up for off-score Radcliffe a few years ago with that IAAF whitewash report.
However, there is absolutely zero reason why road race and meet organizers cannot step up to the plate and just ban any elite Kenyan athletes from running their races. They can quite easily outline the ever increasing pile of Kenyan doping positives as the reason and they can help bring a bit of credibility back to the sport while the IAAF continues to do nothing...

This is where you do not understand doping. Do you not think that Coe would want to protect the records and times of himself and his contemporaries? Do you not think he wants to preserve his legacy? Based on Coe's decisions and comments you must believe one of two things - 1) either he doped substantially in his time and performances and he acknowledges this is the essence of elite sport or 2) faced with the data, there is no significant doping "program" in Kenya
