What is the bare minimum 5k needed to break 34:00. Is it reasonable to break 34:00 with a 5k pr of 16:36 atm? I'm clearly at 30 miles per week and will progress to about 65 miles per week. The most mileage I have done is 60 miles for one week. The most I have done consistently is 50 miles per week. My goal is breaking 34:00 in early May.
