Don't take this list too seriously. TullyRunners can't do all the races obviously, and I may have missed things on top of that. But if you are really into looking at this stuff, it is a starting point.
Trabuco Hills will be ranked higher in this list if they find a 5th. San Clemente will be ranked higher rationally if they find one.
