I recently was injured. Am going to start coming back tomorrow. I was off 5 weeks, plus the next week will probably be 20 minutes or less of running per day as I start out fresh after injury.
I couldn’t cross train because of the injury. Before taking time off I was a 2:30 marathoner, anywhere from 60 - 90 miles per week depending on the time in the cycle.
Do you think I can get to 2:30 shape for Boston this spring assuming no setbacks coming off of injury?
