Hi, at the beginning she should set herself a small goal. Do not run long distances right away. You should start with an interval run, such as 5 minutes of running, 5 minutes of brisk walking. Increase your running time over time. This is how it looked in my case.
When it comes to shoes, first of all they should be comfortable.
Remember, the size of your running shoes should be a little bigger than you buy shoes every day.
You can also join groups for beginner runners, there are a lot of them.
