Tuesday: 20 min tempo( 2 WU, 2 CD)
Wednesday: 9 mile
Thursday: 3 mile warm up, 5x50m sprints
Friday: 9 mile
Saturday: 12 mile long run
Sunday: Off
How is this schedule? The tempo will be around 5:50-6:00 pace and the 50m sprints are for speed development because I lack speed over 100-400m which impacted my 800m last season.
any words of wisdom would be appreciated 👍
