I leave the Turkey Trots to the hobbyists. Let them also win something once a year.
I am 40 years old did solid at mine certified 5k in 13:59.00!
27 minutes but I’ve been hurt for the past 2 months. Only began running again about 10 days ago. Ran it as just an easy jog.
Posting turkey trot times are useless what are the speed ratings?
My race result wasn't that great. Just ran for fun. A few of my students and kids I coach were there to cheer for me so I tried my best but I'm just not a runner. Way too thick and muscular to be a distance dweeb. However, I did run into a girl I knew back in high school. Man, did she blossom! Turns out she is engaged to some scrawny runner. We chatted it up while he was out doing his all-important cool-down run. She told me that she is just not happy in her relationship and is wishing she never said "yes" to his proposal. He has never once been able to satisfy her in bed with his pencil-thick manhood. Anyway, they were supposed to go home tomorrow because he has work but she told him she wants to spend a couple more days with her family. Poor guy has no idea I'm gonna spend the next few days letting his girl know what a real man is.
I sent some high schoolers half my age home devastated with a sub 20

I just tempo'd my Trot so the time's not important.
