Always happens come January 1st. But you can typically know these in advance due to people not living/training in Portland already.
So does anyone know of some Bowerman people who haven't been in Portland the past couple months?
No one from Bowerman has been around Portland/Beaverton lately because the team moved operations to Eugene. The coaching staff all are on the U of O payroll now and Bowerman athletes have been posting pictures from the campus. Centro has announced that he is being coached by Diljeet Taylor. Like Emily Infeld, he will be wearing Nike gear but will no longer be in the red and black of BTC.
We'll see who is around in early 2023. They might lose a few athletes that didn't want to move or share their coach with a college program. Kincaid is probably safe. Scott, Tuntivate, Thompson, and Radcliffe may not be back. Saccafein may move on and Fraser already left on her own terms. The wildcard might be Frerichs. She put down roots and bought a house in Beaverton. She had a bad 2022 due to Celiac's and could desire a change.
You've given NO new information and a whole lot of speculation.

What about Marc Scott's season makes you think he wouldn't be back? 2022: World i3000m Bronze World Champs 5000m finalist Commonwealth Games 5000m final - 4th British 5000m - Gold British i3000m - Gold 12:57 in Boston & represented UK at European 10,000m
Athletics Weekly posted today about the British cross country trials for the euro cross and said Marc Scott, who is running, is now based back in the UK. Don't know if permanent or not but that's what it said.
'Earlier this year he won 3000m bronze at the World Indoor Championships as well and, after being based in the US for many years, he is now back in the UK and warmed up for Liverpool by winning a Tracksmith Surrey League race in Wimbledon this month'

Maybe he's choosing to leave so he isn't associating with doping/dopers.
Lots of talk in the Boulder pro groups that Grant Fisher has moved to OAC so he can finish 2nd to Morgan McDonald again. Bowerman are upgrading to Eric Holt.

Scott bombed at Worlds, Commonwealths, and Euros. He also bombed in Tokyo last year. Something isn't right in how he's prepared for those majors, maybe the change is needed
I have it on good Faith that Evan Jager is retiring.
Even though Evan has been photographed practicing with the rest of the team in Eugene this week? And I’m pretty sure he said on a podcast recently he was hoping to go through 2024. Curious if something has changed or if he isn’t retiring quite yet
