On par with Nike/Asics? Better? Any data available?

Granted its a bias sample size, all of the OAC folks who have graced the coffee club pod legitimately said their spikes and road shoes are the best they have used. These are athletes who willing still used Nike as recently as this past indoor/early outdoor season.
Would be curious if anyone has gotten their hands on some or was able to purchase the spikes when they briefly dropped.
I guess running-related threads are not very popular here...
Nobody has tried the ON shoes yet lol
Unlike many, perhaps most, on here, I quite like On and used to run in their shoes (among other brands) before I switched mostly to carbon shoes, and though I did order the beautiful On Cloudboom carbon shoes, I just didn’t like the fit as it was either too tight or too loose (coz I have asymmetric feet lengths) and that particular model also had too much of a rocking feel for my taste, so had to return them.
I believe the On Super shoes you see the elites wearing on instagram are not released yet.
When I go to the On website, it lets me add the Cloudboom Echo to my shopping cart, but a) i'm not sure whether that's the same shoe that the pros are talking about, and b) I didn't try to check out and order, for fear it would work (I don't need them at the moment). :-)
Yeah the shoe you're seeing on their feet now is definitely not available. One of them on the Coffee Club pod mentioned they all tested three, and picked their favorites so I think you may see up to 3 different prototypes, most of which are only changes in the upper. The IG account "protosofthegram" always had lots of photos.
In response to another poster above I had a similar experience. Likes my On shoes, especially the stratus and now the monster, but the carbon plated shoes, as beautiful as they were, just didn't cut it. Will surely try the new one when it comes out, but its going to be hard to dethrone the Alphafly for me.
I'm listening that the ON road shoes are significantly stiffer than Nikes. Is this a good or bad thing???
