Does anyone feel propelled a bit too much forward by the aggressive springing/rocker motion of the reinforced super-foam shoes?
My experience: Adizero Pro 2, Alphafly, Next% 2
I swear the whiplash from the shoe (at Tempo, HM race pace, and mile repeats at 5k pace) shake/attack my legs -- from the achilles up through the IT-Bands and then put a big strain on my core/lower-back to snap everything back into place...
I've pulled a hamstring and aggrevated calf/Soleus/achilles after racing in super-shoes....
So much so that I've retreated to regular neutral running shoes on soft surfaces..
