They do 9 miles of grass loops as a workout but run 35 miles a week 💀

Except for Farragut (kind of). They are losing many seniors but they still return 3 scorers, and soph Beeler who ran a 16:28. Im sure they have someone young that could fill in at number 5 next year. So they will be great again next year

3 of them are actually sophomores. One of them just transferred in this year
