35 miles last week, with an 8 mile long run that might just count for more since I was pushing my toddler in a jogging stroller the whole time! I am not gonna be updating here often unless I do something worth sharing......but for the 1.4 people who are interested my log will be found here:

Update:
Weekly mileage in the 40s. Daily runs of 5-6 miles. Long Run the last couple weeks has been 10 miles. Every run pretty much starts and finishes the same. High 7s to start, low 7s to finish. Hit 10 feeling pretty good today, could have gone a few more but didn't want to bite off too much. Also lifted this morning. I took a week+ off from lifting just to get the running under me then added the lifting back to it. Lifting twice a week now. Weight down a bit....184lbs *flex*
