Weed 12/18-12/24
Sunday-60 mins (4.54 miles) Right knee was real bad by the end.
Monday-2.09 easy (27:50)
Tuesday-2.25 (.25 on/off 2:28, 3:54, 2:27, 3:55, 2:29, 4:06, 3:12, 3:25, 2:44)-just so I don't forget. I ended up walking about 1.5 miles. It turned into a struggle fest after that. I really wanted to hit my weight goal before Christmas and so I cut out all my snacks/calories and I think it really affected my running this week.
Wednesday- 35 mins no pace (didn't make it, ran 32:24 for 2.51 miles and walked)
Thursday- 1 mile (10:43) too cold, 30 mph winds, wanted to just get it over and keep my run streak
Friday- 2.31 miles (26:34) still freezing. Less wind. Started way too fast, at the end I was having to stop and catch my breath.
Saturday- 2.37 miles in the am (30.01), and 1.9 in the pm (25:32). Just trying to get miles in without it turning into a long run. At least the AM run was my farthest 30 min run.
Total miles this week: 19
Weight: 190.4 to 184.2
So... I can move the scale or I can run faster. 2 lbs from my weight goal for the year.
Ordered a new pair of Glycerins to see if new shoes helped my knee (the ones I'm wearing are 3 years old) And even though I ordered an 8.5 and the box said 8.5, the shoes inside were 8s. So I'm waiting on a replacement pair to get here.
After my kids go back to college and I can get back into a more regular routine then I'm going to head to the gym and lift.
