Subject says it all basically. Just a guy looking to keep his mits warm in PNW Fall and Winter seasons. Fall is typically 45-55 degrees Fahrenheit with rain and winter is usually 35-45 degrees Fahrenheit with yet more rain.

1. Socks
2. Fingerless white garden gloves.
Good but make sure they are wool or synthetic. I also go with a polypro cap over a baseball cap to keep rain out of my eyes and to avoid light glare at night.
Showers Pass makes an awesome waterproof knit glove that I use. They are primarily a cycling wear company but the cycling industry is light years ahead when it comes to waterproof and breathable materials.
Someone below said showers pass waterproof gloves, which are a good choice. Lots of people swear by them. If it was pouring, I would go for them, but it's often not raining that heavily. I've fallen in love with Icebreaker Waypoint wool mittens; I have three pair (I have an injury that causes my fingers to hurt when they get cold, so it's mittens instead of gloves for me). You can get them for $27 when on sale (like they are now). Yeah, they get a little wet sometimes, but they are perfect for typical NW winter weather.
Thanks to everyone for your recommendations! I decided to pull the trigger on the Showers Pass Waterproof knit gloves. All the other recommendations are nice fall backs I can explore in other instances. I'm a road warrior who does a lot of running out of the trunk of my car so I'm not always replete with my preferred kit at any given time.
