Ive been wondering lately what the current elite athletes and young aspiring olympic athletes in Russia are feeling? There is an outcome here with annexation and all, where Russia wont be allowed in a multitude of international competition for a long time. Sanctions are not going away. Narrow windows for success for elite athletes in track to skating to whatever. How long before they start running for the exits? I have not seen any stories yet, but there has to be some rumbling? You can have all the fake propaganda on Russian TV you want, but the athletes know that they are not allowed to compete? That's not a secret. I have a feeling these athletes would be welcomed with open arms in a lot of places, as well they should.
Being against a murderous regime does not make one Russophobic. Russia is a wonderful place and many Russians are great people. Putin is an evil monster who would kill millions to satisfy his delusions of grandeur.

The pipelines wouldn't have been blown, if Germany hadn't been secretly negogiating surrender to Russia, nobody benefited from that other the USA, doing exactly what Biden threatened to do earlier in the year. The petrodollar is doing down, which means the USA is going down, but they've made sure that the European Union goes first.
Yeah, some athletes going to disappointed in the short term, in about two years everyone is going to be glad they're not in the USA/NATO/EU.
For me USSSR is behind all evil things that happened in North Africa. It's that country that was furnishing armament to Muammar Gaddafi. And we know evil things has started the emperor of desert at the beginning of 70s. It's also the country that paid armaments to Houari Boumedienne while he was supporting Egypt against Israel in 1973. Boumedienne thought he was a smart leader with his petrol handle; in fact he is the one that put the foundations of destruction of Algeria.
Even LetsRun is systemically Russophobic now. This is so cringe
Oh wow! Many people on this board don't like a country that employs state sponsored doping of it's athletes, state controlled press, state sponsored assassinations of prominent critics, and has unjustly invaded it's neighbor. You are surprised by this?
What is most scary on this board are the anti-US / pro Russia posts. Some are likely Russian troll farms, but plenty are poorly informed Americans.
Russia has a state doping system that they have refused to dismantle. They invaded a country with no provocation, indiscriminately killing civilians, threatening nuclear Armageddon, then took a "vote" on annexation at gunpoint. Putin meanwhile has journalists and any othe dissenter killed. But Trump thinks he is a great guy so 30% of Americans believe that. Astounding.
Yes, Snowden harmed his co-workers. He played forgetful and got almost 20 of them fired and ruined their careers by pretending to forget his password and asking for theirs. He is a slime.
Smart @ass, answer my questions. List the names of real C.I.A.-Langley based employees who were hurt by Snowden. List the names of out of U.S. C.I.A. contract assets who were hurt by Snowden.
I would hope you are smart enough to know that the C.I.A. would not have divulged the names of any agency employees or other human assets hurt by Snowden, if there are any.

Such horseschitt. No one at the CIA or NSA shares their passwords with anyone else, no matter what. And everyone knows better than to ask someone to do that. The security people would be at your cubicle in 3 . . . 2 . . . 1 . . .

Indeed. Russia shouldn't even be treated as a nation-state anymore. It's now nothing more than an enormous crime syndicate. It fails to meet the cultural standards of civilized nations.
I feel sorry for people like Mariya Lasitskene, the best woman high jumper in the world, but they should switch nationalities if they wish to compete internationally. The Russian flag should never again appear at an international competition.

Tell me you don’t understand how the CIA works without telling me you don’t understand how the CIA works

Oh yeah, trying to stop the criminal acts of the government against the American people is completely not worth it, if it gets "almost 20" spooks fired. Yeah, and George Washington was a terrorist, because he killed all those British.

Pro-Russia is pro-American, anti-Russia is pro-Democrat and anti-American.
Obama invaded Syria "with no provocation, indiscriminately killing civilians, threatening nuclear Armageddon," and Biden is still there, still stealing Syrian oil, still supporting the ISIS terrorists as they genocide entire villages.
As far as "took a "vote" on annexation at gunpoint," guess what Democrat Clinton did in Yugoslavia against the Christians, to enable the Muslims to break off their own country, he set the precedent and then the international ruling that allows for this.
"Putin meanwhile has journalists and any othe dissenter killed." Again, projecting what the USA government does to American dissenters, including the Jan. 6 most of whom are still being denied basic Habeus Corpus, right to a trial, after two years.
