Alright, Koko. Try this out - start a YouTube channel with your real name. Clearly identify the name of your employer or the school that you attend. Then, start pontificating on matters being sure to use inflammatory language and cursing. Just for fun, throw in some sharp barbs about women and minorities. Don't hold back! Insult as many people as possible. Do a full throated and true to your heart diatribe about just about anything.
If you are employed, let us know how your meeting with HR went? At college, please inform us about any disciplinary procedures and penalties?
It is well known locally that Portland's administration was not enamored of Silva's online act, they didn't like how he represented the school, and that he was on a short leash. I don't know what he specifically did, but it forced the school to act. Code of conduct violations and all that.
This isn't about F bombs and cursing on YouTube doesn't bring a Title IX complaint against you. It does show that Silva has maturity issues and doesn't possess many critical thinking skills nor self-awareness. Sure, he has the right to say what he wants, but that doesn't indemnify him from consequences born from his actions.
