Joking aside, your diet looks pretty good and just eat when you feel you need to. It's always better to err on the side of eating too much (rather than too little), especially for your age.
Wow! There is a wealth of information at your fingertips and yet you are not willing to learn. Eating heavily sugar laden products is not something the body is used to, or it would have adapted to it, but this is a modern phenomenon. It's not complicated.
When ingesting too much sugar like you do when you suck down your sweet Gatorade, your body releases insulin (compliments of your pancreas) to clear it from your blood for storage in the cells and liver.
If you have too much sugar like the way the OP described or the way you just have the body sends a disproportional amount of insulin to clear blood sugar to levels below the range it was before you even ingested the sugar which inhibits athletic performance.
If your pancreas does not produce enough insulin to clear sugar than you end up having excessive sugar in your blood which is toxic and can cause tremendous damage. They call this diabetes which I guess is news to you and not some kind of "woke" movement.
If you are getting your period regularly, that might be enough, though you are super light for your height. If not, your energy balance is off and you need to eat more. Allie Ostrander just posted a Q/A on her youtube channel where she said that she didn’t have her first period until she was 25 (this year), during her on-going recovery from an eating disorder.
I'm chiming in because your friends telling you that sugar before a run is good are very wrong. Look it up. Your body will clear the sugar out of your system to levels prior to ingesting the sugar to begin with because it is toxic. You will have a drop in energy at some point that you don't want any part of.
What kind of woke fearmongering misinformation are you trying to spread? Sugar is not "toxic". Sugar is and essential part of many sports drinks like Gatorade because it does indeed provide any energy boost by giving your body an easy and quick digesting energy source. Go spread your quack "science" at a vegan meeting.
Did you see so many A1C commercials ten years ago? I didn't. It's an epidemic.
And not hard to understand why. High Fructose Corn Syrup is in everything, and it's a mix of fructose and glucose, and even worse than sugar at screwing up your insulin levels.
Meanwhile, a Starbucks Venti white chocolate mocha with whipped cream has about 18 teaspoons of sugar.
Most people outgrow sugary stuff when they grow up. Go ahead and chug that healthy Gatorade, there are pills that can help you.
There are people on this board who know their A1C number. They'll tell you they love that 2-liter bottle of Dr. Pepper they drink every day.

Besides irregular/absent menstrual periods, feeling cold frequently, fatigue, declined performance, psychological distress, hair loss, osteoporosis/osteopenia, frequent illness and injuries are also signs you are not eating enough. If you don't have any of these symptoms, just keep doing what you are doing!

Oh, I guess you and the 8 people that up voted you are correct and they were wrong in medical school.
