Came across this recovery device that claims to help you recover 3x faster from workouts. This claim is of course absurd, but I was curious if any real scientists on here have a take. I’m not smart enough o understand how it’s supposed to work. I don’t even understand what it is supposing to do. I hate to give it publicity but I figured this would be a good place to ask, as Molly Seidel is quoted on their front page.
