Yes. This dipshart topic seems to come up every year or so and the question is as dumb as ever.
For me it is about control. I cannot control the light or busy intersection I have to stop so I stop my watch. If I stop because I am choosing to, water/GU/Over Heated/etc...then I leave it running.
I don't ever stop my watch anymore. I believe that if have to stop at a red light ill just have to make up the time somewhere during the middle of the run. You don't just randomly stop in the middle of a road race. Clock is still ticking
How do you "make it up?" Run backwards to cause the watch to rewind?
You just go back in time using the Forerunner’s time travel attachment that they sell for $345.
