Looks like Severna park only has 2 nonseniors in their top seven.
they will have some reloading to do next year.

Yeah next year they'll be rebuilding, but they should be strong this year.
Severna Park maybe be losing some guys after this year, but they always seem to get some guys to step up.
they will be racing at ptxc
nice race by Hagerty (win), nunn, Jarvis and team
Calvert hall absolutely dominated at the Dulaney invitational today - spread from 15:23 to 16:24, winning 29-83 in front of the second team. I have no idea why Loyola was ranked #1 by Milesplit
Calvert hall dominates
Attiogbe runs 15:03, winning the MD XC invitational by 30+ seconds over Butler/Davis and others. I haven't seen much from Camacho-Bucks lately, maybe there's a new #1 in Maryland? I'd give him a decent chance to qualify for FL
Attiobe isnt from MD
Any thoughts on Calvert College?
They lost so many varsity guys from last year (even almost as many as Severna Park did) but so many of their new varsity guys didn’t even do XC last year, and this year they are running sub-16:20 for a 5K.
Now they are by far the best team in the state based on 5K times. 15:56 average. They bring most of their guys back next year too.
Must be some hard training this year.
Severna was missing Hagerty which should explain the 4-5 gap here
Towson???
better coaching + more talent.
MIAA meet is tomorrow, should be a good one. It'll be Calvert Hall 1...Loyola 2...Gilman/MSJ for 3/4, and then the rest are far behind. I'm giving MSJ a slight edge: they lost by only one point in a dual meet to Gilman, but they have a true low stick that'll matter more in a race of 50 people. Still, MSJ needs their 3-4-5 to all run well, since if once falls back and only runs about 18:30 or slower they're gone. Gilman has that to a lesser extent: solid #1, good enough 2-3-4, and they'll need an 18:30's guy to step up and run low 18's.
The meet'll be interesting for national XC meets and next year though. I don't know one which they're running, but the top 2 MIAA runners may be nationally semi-competitive this year, but they'd likely be low 15's next year which is competitive for a meet like Footlocker or NXN.
bumping the thread - any results from today's MIAA championship meet? Can't find it online
Nope, nobody cares. The D-bag who started this thread couldn't keep contributing throughout the season - so eff him!
Davis over Butler
And what is up with Rei Nettey?
How many times has he transferred?
yeah he dominated. 25 seconds is a lot. the MIAA's video is poor quality, but it appears that he put 5 seconds on him at mile 2 and then 20 more over the 3rd mile. Knew Calvert Hall would win, but I didn't expect 21 points.
