Who knows how long it will actually take for them to see that money but they gotta give away at least 40 million to split with the other parents of kids that were killed at Sandy Hook, right? Other parents are suing. The jury took that into account when they decided the anount of money.

Texas limits punitive damages to $750,000 per plaintiff, but there are other lawsuits in Connecticut where he'll likely lose again and his monetary damages will keep piling up. However, his problems are worse than those monetary ones, perjury is probably corroborated in all those text messages, and they might implicate others elsewhere. His nonsense is not covered by the 1st amendment.
Every family should sue and keep that piece of sh-t in court for the next decade. When all of the trials are over and judgments rendered, he should be a weak, frail, gaunt shell of a human being who suffers for the rest of his life in every manner imaginable. He should die penniless and reviled. That's the only way there will be justice for Jones.
