Baugh could punt today, he is the greatest punter ever,
He does have some company as most versatile however.

I dont understand your obsession with comparing players from 40 or more years ago to today's players. The game is very very different. The rules are so different now that it's hardly the same game.
Appreciate each player for how good they were in their era. That's all that's relevant and really all that matters.
Huh??? How many times have I said.......dominance of era.....is what matters? So....???
Why was Jim Brown so dominant, in his era he was a big as defensive linemen at 230.
Only one player would be as dominant now as he was in his day, that would be Bullet Bob Hayes, that 10.06 speed would still blow by any defender.
"Only one player would be as dominant now as he was in his day, that would be Bullet Bob Hayes, that 10.06 speed would still blow by any defender."
see, you cant do it, you cant stop with the comparisons.
If I was Aaron Rodgers it's...
I have to have Devante so work out something to keep him, I will give some back within reason.

I only compare Olympic 100m champs vs NFL cornerbacks,
Brady would have played four or five seasons if he'd started in 1975.

I look for every division to be won by the best QB in that division.
Dak Prescott.....not a great QB but who is in this weak division?
Matthew Stafford.....about time this guy got away from Detroit, He needs 19 more TD passes to move into number 11 all time passing Frantic Fran Tarkenton
Aaron Rodgers.....can't catch Favre yet in TD passes, maybe next season.
Tom Brady ....will this be the season he finally starts looking old?
AFC
Joe Burrows.....simply on another level in this division.
Patrick Mahomes but by far the best QB division in football.
Josh Allen......that town he is from Firebaugh is out west of Fresno, coyotes run in packs out there, totally out in the sticks, he must have been something in that HS league, Biggest sparrow hawks in the world, look like eagles.
Matt Ryan he also needed a change, expect good things.

Looking the Colts Jonathan Taylor the perfect size/spreed combo to take over as the best RB in football, sorry Derrick.
What can we say about Cooper Kupp other than he's great the best in the game right now. Another great WR out of a small school.
Stat to pay attention to help in picking games, sacks/sacked. The Rams were a plus 19 on the season the lowly Jags 32 and 32, Texans a minus 12. Gotta pressure that QB while protecting yours.
All starts back up tomorrow night, Raiders vs Jags, Will be looking for an Eagles game for obvious reasons,
.
Matt Stafford may be glad he is away from Detroit, but he is an average quarterback who racked up huge numbers being healthy and behind in every single game for a decade. So statistically, he benefitted greatly from Detroit. He showed his mediocre abilities last year with a great team and was close to a liability in the SB until, to his credit, he came up when it counted. He is good at best. His performances in 4th quarters and vs. ANY good team when with the lions proved that. He has gaudy numbers against teams above .500. Virtually winless.
No GM in the country would say Patty Maholmes is "by far" the best QB. He was transcendent 2 years ago, messed up his toe and is certainly among the elite right there at the top. But give GMs first crack at any QB, I bet there are a few names before him. Perhaps one or two.
TB- I have come to wonder...is the disadvantage of aging outweighed, up to a point, by having seen 25 years of every defense? 25 years of mistakes, 25 years of what works best? Shouldnt the position become easier the more you play?
Colin Cowherds top 10 after two weeks
1.Bills
2.Chiefs
3.Buc's
4.Eagles
5.Chargers
6.Niners
7.Dolphins
8,Vikings....WHAT????

10.Ravens
Where are the Packers? Like his first 4.
Time for the Niners to forget about Trey Lance, they need to get that running thing won't work and the guy has done what passing, try nothing. He was hurt on a designed run....what?....forget that,
Ya stick with Jimmy G and hope for the best.

How can anyone stop Tyreek Hill? It simply can't be done, stupid move KC.

Russell Wilson has three TD;s so far this season that gives him 295 as he passes he 204 by Carson Palmer into 14th place all time, at 13 is John Elway with 300, so Wilson will be passing him soon.

Is Josh Allen the best QB in football right now?

So according to you the Eagles are the team to beat in the NFC.
Ok man let's see what happens.
^ from August 4.
So far, so good.
A current old timer QB who does appears to be done......Matt Ryan......he has been benched.
What can we say about Geno Smith, to have his best season by far at 32 kinda weird for a guy with his history to be pulling this off........so far.
Does Jimmy G suck or what?
As of right now today....
Top 5 NFL QB's
