Weston Day is really going to fall off next year just watch. Mr. Schlabig isn't giving him 100 mile weeks like I'm running. I can already smell his fitness dwindling.
Honestly, Cernansky is better than all of them but if it's only DI this is what we got. A lot of people have been sleeping on Luka Bork, but he seems to be on the come up every season and wouldn't be surprised if he takes the whole thing in a tactical race. Overall, the state looks down next year at the DI level, but new people could rise.
I agree with this list..I like Richutti and Gableman a lot..I can see Trapp up there too. Girls I think that is interesting with Efa ahead of Peer but I do not think it is unreasonable..she had an outstanding freshman season. Beeks will rise too. What about top 5-10 teams each gender..and does Mason repeat both genders?
Seems like a lot of the same teams are in it year after year. Also don't be surprised if Creek comes out of nowhere. Seems like Abby Roberts has led the team back to a podium level threat. Look out for the top teams to make a trip to NXN.
Boys:
1) Mason (A lot of people think Massillon Jackson, but they just can't get it done)
2) Massillon Jackson
3) St. Xavier
4) Worthington Kilbourne
5) Chardon
Seems like a down year on the team side for the boys.

You think Cernansky is better than ALL of those guys? At NXR, he raced some of those guys and got smoked.
Cernansky... 58th
Behind... Gabelman (11th), Richuitti (14th), Kimmell (30th), Day (43), and just ahead of Sebaugh (59th).
You're right I'm not fast. I actually was in the JV race at Eisenhart when Smith dropped out because he couldn't keep up with Tommy Rice. I'm not hating on him. I'm just saying he probably won't get 2nd if he keeps dropping out when their is a lot of competetion. Same thing happened at the state meet and last year district in track when one of the Lanoys and Isaac Frank passed him with 150 to go. Dropped out both times.

Ever heard of a bad race? I wouldn't talk down on one of the most decorated runners in Ohio history
He's not even the most decorated this year (Rice, Ackley). Much less in Ohio history.
Just in the past 4-5years....
William Zegarski
Connor Ackley
Tommy Rice
Matt Duvall
Zack Kreft
Chad Johnson
Hunter Moore
Arjun Jha
Dustin Horter
Conant Smith
Matt Scrape
In history??
J. Ziska
B. Kennedy
S. Fry
A. Jordan
J. See
R. Pittman
B. Kidder
C'mon. Cernansky is so far away from these guys it's ridiculous.
You talk about and bag on a lot of guys. Perhaps you should get back to worrying about yourself and trying to improve your own game. Also, if you’re going to talk up some of the Ohio greats from the past, learn to speed their names correctly.
Now, put down the phone and pay attention in class!
Lex and Leo have missed Sean’s guidance. It felt like they were doing their own thing all season and it cost them tremendously at NXN.Overraced due to California’s bizarre postseason schedule, maintained killer...
