Thanks. My son has played soccer and raced against Byron since they were 9 or 10 years old. He used to trade wins with Byron but has been quite far behind him for the past 2-3 years. They still run against each other in their prep school league, so I see quite a bit of Byron and Exeter.

Absurd? Here are the reasons why they won
1) they have depth (outside of their top 5 even). So if someone has a bad day there are others on the team to rely on
2) they returned the whole team except Moran. And they were pretty strong last year when they got second behind Hendricken)
3) this region is not very strong like California, Midwest or the Southwest. so CBA benefitted from that. UC would have been very good but their #1 was done for the season early
4) According to this article, at CBA, everything is together, so that helps them.
Yeah, we can hate on speed ratings as much as we want, but these ones showed how good of a chance Episcopal Academy had to qualify for NXN, and they did.
