She's improved her PB by almost 0.4s over the space of 2 days.
Give me a f*cking break.
Did you have this same attitude with Sydney's record?
Difference is Sydney has broken the world record four times in 13 months. A WR is almost expected from her. This woman just ran the race of her life, absolutely perfect over the hurdles. It was a "Bob Beamon"-type moment. I can understand people questioning her improvement but that was a legitimate perfect race. She could win or not even medal in the final. Remember what happened to Keni Harrison? Failed to make the 2016 team and then breaks the WR two weeks later.
But there wasn't a known problem with the timing system before that 800 was un.
We already know something is incorrect with the Eugene timing system. I think they secretly tried to correct the timing system problem and accidentally over corrected it.
Would seem pretty easy to verify a timing error, download a video of the race, compare the timestamps from the start and the finish.
I don't care enough to do it myself, but someone else could have at it.
I did this. It took them between 12 and 13 seconds to run the race.
