You're right - It's NOT! She ran an amazing race and is a great athlete but the time is wrong. Even she thought something was up and didn't believe it. Watch her expression: she knows it's BS......
The time wasn’t wrong. The shoes made the run a WR. The shoes are what’s BS, not the times.

Don't knock the clock error, man. I had a teammate go to nationals in the 55 hurdles after he ran a time in a December meet that was like half a second faster than he ever did before, or after. A lot of signs pointed to the idea that the clock f'd up that race, but the result stood and we sure weren't going to tell the NCAA on our guy. The universe gave him his moment to get wrecked in the prelims at nationals.
Wouldn't it be wild if it came out that the clock at Worlds was screwed up? Sidney really ran a 52? I guess Mondo's WR is safe unless they also used an inaccurate tape measure...

Syd ran 52, so...everyone else ran even worse than their already mediocre times?

Get you watch out and time it
There is no way to accurately time race of this length by watching video.
If these times are accurate, then so are the Chinese 1993 nationals. Thats how absurd the heats and final of the w100h was.
I noticed that in the 12.12 semi, not one hurdle was hit by any of the runners. That seems improbable. Appears that everything just lined up perfectly in that race - for everyone.
You guys sucks honestly. WR was broken on the same track none of u made mention of shoes carbon or no carbon. Now, even disgracefully doupting the timing working correctly? Thank God it was not hosted in African
If you have a dependent variable that is an outlier (the times in that one heat), you shouldn't look at independent variables that are the same, heat after heat, final after final (the track and the shoes).
You need to look for an independent variable that actually could vary.
After determining that the timing functioned properly, and I will assume that has been verified, what else could be DIFFERENT about that heat and that heat alone? (So, NO, it would not be the shoes or the track).
Is it possible that the wind gauge failed, or was blocked, or was not in the best location, etc.? At least wind is something that could vary from heat to heat.
