I want to get a pair of super spikes for the decathlon 1500. I'm not expecting them to make any difference for a slow runner like myself. I'm mainly just sort of interested in seeing what all of the fuss is about. I was looking at the middle distance versions when it occurred to me, that I run the 1500 at more like a typical 5k or 10k pace (at best). So my question is, would it make more sense to get the long distance version or the middle?
