10 people for men and women will be narrowed to 3 each before the ceremony.
My picks for men are Fanbulleh, Cunningham and one of Ross/Owens
My picks for women are Hall, Steiner and Rogers with Jasmine Moore barely missing out

I would hate to be on that committee for the women. Damn! Collegiate Records galore and GOATs on that list.
If the Bowerman goes to body of work over a career, it has to be Camryn Rogers, as she has absolutely dominated the hammer for 3 years, and basically owns the entire top 10.
If it's a single season of work that determines the award, well....
I think ultimately, I'd have to vote for Jasmine Moore. 4 NCAA individual titles - 2 indoor, 2 outdoor in both horizontal jumps (along with 4 SEC titles to boot), and twice setting the indoor CR in the TJ. Good lord.
Of course, Steiner was incredible with indoor and outdoor 200m records and titles (along with the indoor AR), and being part of the 4x400 CR team.
And Anna Hall might have had the most unique season of all with utter dominance in the Heptathlon and a 2nd place at NCAA in the 400mH. Unprecedented combo.
Man...what a line-up!
daaaaaaaamn, bigdrops. You nailed the women's finalists
