12x400 off 60s rest. Average sub-60 and you should be fit enough to go 5:15.
You're going to need to post more info. Years running, current mileage, current PR, etc.
Is this a typo? If you can run this at sub-60, you're going waaay faster than 5:15.
To run a mile in 5 munites, you have to be able to run a mile ahahah and to run nearly 12 miles per hour. So, you have to worl with your stamina and speed. For trainings, you can choose 3x1600/2x3200 to boost your stamina and 4x800/8x400 to boost speed (or something like this).
