More info about his training, what he's doing now, his time at UCLA, and his complicated relationship with his father/coach. While some of his father's behavior can certainly be described as "abusive", it sounds to me like he also had quite a bit of respect for him as well.
He seems like a really cool dude and glad to hear he's doing well.
Michael was a large man for a middle distance star. I believe he might have been about 185 lbs and so this is quite heavy for an 800m runner. I am not saying it is unheard of but definitely on the heavy side.
