4:26 is a realistic goal. Sometimes the slowest two plus your average (times two) is a better indicator than your overall average but you were pretty consistent so it shouldn't matter too much.
Yeah this is the classic predictor workout. Sub-4:30 for sure. I wouldn't have an issue with someone like you taking it out in 65-66. Wouldn't recommend anything faster than that tho.
