5k race in 2 weeks goal is 19:30
Legs are feeling tired but not destroyed. I'm either thinking 20-21 miles this week and then a down week going into my 5k so my legs are more fresh or just upping the mileage(21-23) and trying to run the 5k on tired legs. Ran a 19:56 in April. Opinions?
