I’m running about 60-70mpw and am always hungry. I have started to eat mixed nuts (cashews, pistachios, almonds, pecans) daily with some dark chocolate chips in it to try to get some healthier snacks in throughout the day. I would say i am eating about 3/4-1/2 cup a day of these nuts daily and wanted to know if this is bad for my overall health and more on the side of devolving kidney stones? I have not gained weight and am maintaining and also I drink anywhere from a 1/2 gallon to a gallon of water a day. My brother told me nuts are unhealthy and just wanna see inputs in here.
