My high school season just ended, where I PR'd with a 1:57. I plan on doing at least one post season 800 next week and possibly one more. I already tapered one week for my last race of the season, bringing my mileage down from 40 to 20. Any suggestions on how this week should look? SHould I continue with only running 20 miles? I'm worried I'll loose a my endurance. I'll probably do another workout on Monday and another very light workout on Wednesday. Any workouts would be super helpful, since I don't have a coach helping me.
