Have you anything to say about anything, apart from "chiming in" to express your annoyance?
No. I think I would mostly say what you have been saying. Just once or twice, not 3000 times.
I think you exaggerate. But I am not aware that there should be a quota in the responses that might be made to falsehoods, of which those who might be described doping apologists tend to specialise.
Just wondering if anyone else noticed the similarity between the way the trump machine spins things and the way BTC management spun their defense: 1. Blame the Mexicans! 2. The elites are out to get us. Why? Who knows... 3. Tell the lie. Keep telling the lie. Double-down on the lie. 4. We're gonna keep training - screw appearances, it's technically permitted
There is no “presumed” guilty. As soon as the test results were confirmed, she was banned and it was as a done deal. Houlihan went for an appeal at CAS, but the test results and the specified ban was never challenged.
She was suspended pending the hearing, thus not banned.
As there was no ban there was no specified ban to challenge at CAS.
CAS set the ban after hearing the evidence, and the CAS ban was challenged.
And the test results were challenged.
So everything you say is wrong.
Our favorite arm-chair 'lawyer' is back under a different name, yet still cant seem to understand this is not a criminal or civil case in actual law but a court of arbitration of sport.
Good to have you back with all your silly non-sequiturs and red herrings about 'fundamental rights' to participate in top level endurance sports!
Fair minded people are still waiting for any evidence to corroborate what SH and BTC has actively and benignly claimed about how they run their shop, other than watching the Bachelorette and food truck binging.
At the very least a catalog of the supplements she was taking would surely be helpful....

Understood. It's just when you refute the same falsehoods dozens and dozens of times over numerous threads, it feels like you are being trolled and it's a waste of your time. If liar soorer didn't get it the first 50 times, he's not going to get it now. That said, it is your time, so I'll stop complaining.

Never said they are the same but pointing out the consequences of them not being. What %of non cheat bans are ok .... not one answer!
After all the money I gave to her gofund me page. After all the Burrito shirts I bought. I even made the kids go without Christmas presents this year to help the cause. What a crock of SH!T!!!
I believe that someone sabotaged her food/drink at some point in time. Whatever the case, I don’t think she took what showed up in her system knowingly.
I think its more likely she was in the grey zone with supplements and flew too close to the sun. Would explain why she is so adamant about not having doped, and why she came up with the bogus burrito excuse.

There isn't a percentage available, liar soorer sock-puppet.

I think you might be correct.
With no evidence to support it. Do you know of a doper who wasn't "adamant about not having doped", who also comes up with a bogus excuse?

I look on it as a kind of pest control. They always come back but they don't get to completely overrun the place.

"(...) Up until this point, I had been advised to lay low and not say or do anything in order to not jeopardize my appeal process. I think this was best because I also wasn’t ready to talk about it. I needed time for myself to process everything that’s happened and to start working on how to move forward. I appreciate people being understanding and giving me the space for that."
I hope now she will tell more. If she knows she did nothing wrong, then maybe she could tell, this is what my workouts were then. This is what I did day to day. This is what I ate normally. These are the supplements I took.
I chose to believe her, and it's ok if you don't — I don't have any benefits or satisfaction in convincing anyone, it's just my choice. But I like the conversation, because everyone learns something from it.
Anyway, I hope Shelby chooses to tell us more.
What more do you want if you already believe her?
I don't believe her and don't want to hear anymore from her. She must just disappear into obscurity. Or come back later on the roads.
