Hello, I am a pretty competitive HS runner, hitting a 15:56 5k as a Junior, I was curious if there was any advantage/disadvantages to have a specific shoe for aerobic runs, and one for tempos, fartlek runs, and pretty much any kind of workout. I have been using the Nike React for aerobic, and the Nike Air Zoom Tempo for workouts for the past year or so, and was wondering if spending the extra buck for tempos, for workouts is worth it? Or should I just use the Reacts for everything. I suppose they are a pretty versatile shoe. Searched everywhere and couldn't find anything on it. Thanks!
