Ten-minute waits between heats of the 100. Gee, how exciting.
Not a lot of action at start of broadcast but they crammed in all the 100s and 100m hurdles in last 10 minutes or so.
Clayton Murphy looked great.
Not sure why they had to talk over the first two laps of the 1500 and missed the start. Wilson closed like she waited too long.
I have to say- I liked the announcers and I thought that one guy did a great job. This was the only time I was yelling at the TV. I would LOVE to hear the reason they even went to that interview when the women were on the line ready to go.
I don't want to be critical, as I will watch whatever T&F is on TV. However, the production if this meet is terrible. The announcers: Will is moving around too much as well as using his hands excessively. WTF was the other guy doing standing sideways? Did he think he was being different? Also, can't Puma give them nice polos? Tee-shirts? Seriously? It was a terrible look.
Some camera work was amateurish. Pointing down, bad angles, etc. Carrie's interviews were hard to hear as were Lewis's. On the sprints, you didn't even hear the gun go off. And as mentioned above, so much dead time between the races. I'm happy u had DVR'ed it, so I can FF. Otherwise, it was have been painful. For the non-diehard fan, it is very hard to watch. They are not going to trap new fans though these telecasts.
I think most of these are easy fixes. I hope someone at ESPN will help them along. Apologies for being harsh.

The angle they had on the 100m start was ridiculous. I keep thinking cut to the normal view. Did the cameraman have to buy his own ticket and waited until the last minute?
I’m glad I recorded it also. Started watching when it had been on for an hour and caught up before the end.
Until they improve the presentation, it's the only way to watch it. Zip through the unbearable parts. Hopefully, the ATL team is watching Doha and taking notes!
