A 400m runner winning the 100m secs is wild imo 🙂. I haven't watched the race yet tho.

Was Ashe speaking Nigerian language?
Melissa Jefferson ran a 10.88 in the Sun Belt 100 final today!
Great Run!
2/2 for Ofili so far. Since the 200m is her stronger event, I say she makes it 3/3. When was the last time a collegiate athlete won all three events at secs?
I think youre correct, watching replay.
they were about even, and LSU slightly outran UK in the final 100
Navasky Anderson ftw in the 800 1:45.89
Sam Whitmarsh 2nd in 1:46.09 - yesterday was no fluke.
Something seems off with Brandon Miller. Was 2nd behind Whitmarsh through most of the race and faded badly in the last 100.
Damn. Wilson is a beast!
Wait, who ran 10.81!!?
Steiner/Ofili round 2 about to go off
Ofili 22.04, Steiner 22.07
Woah, into a headwind? Extremely impressive but still low-key hoped for a faster winning time, sighs we've been spoiled.
I told you that Ofili would beat Steiner in the 100 & 200.
Steiner is done for the season. It’s too bad she has peaked already. I have doubts she’ll even make the US team for the World Championship.
Steiner peaked way too soon this year. She was in better fitness indoors.
Ah so close Steiner. Really good running from both!
Great 200 women's final. Ofili held off Steiner.
100 not as exciting as Steiner got too far behind early.
congrats to Ofili. She deserved it.
Hope to see them both healthy running again in a few weeks.
I dont think its as much that Steiner has peaked too early, so to speak, as much as Ofili has really gotten stronger from indoor season.
Ofili ran as much as Steiner did this year, so I dont think one was overworked more than than the other.
They will meet again . No shame in losing to Ofili. Steiner just has to get back it in a few weeks and hope to turn the tables.
Nice 200 win for Boling. He was much stringer and under control near the end to help him fend off Fanbulleh.
Good race.
Parker Valby runs 15:32 for silver leading most of the race. Improves from 17:14 (of course she had run an 8:53).
How old is she?
Valby is a 2020 HS grad. She was injured after that indoor 8:53 in January and this is her first race back except for one DNF.
Why did 7 of TN's female 5k gals runners DNS? And one DNF?
How do you even get 8 people in an event??
Shouldn't there be some sanction if its not a good reason?
Did they eat something rotten yesterday?
