I'm taking the "Price is Right" approach:
Raess 3:57.8
Klecker 3:57.8
Beamish 3:57.3
Hoare 3:53.3
15:46.2
I'm taking the "Price is Right" approach:
Raess 3:57.8
Klecker 3:57.8
Beamish 3:57.3
Hoare 3:53.3
15:46.2
15:52.11
Fastest split 3:54.30
15:50.56
Raess 4:01
Klecker 3:58
Beamish 3:56
Hoare 3:54
14:60
Hoare 3:51
Bearish 3:51
Raess 3:57
Klecker 4:01
15:47.87
Hoare 3:54
Beamish 3:55
Raess 3:57
Klecker 4:01
If the weather cooperates, I'll say they just get it with a 15:48.70 with Hoare anchoring in 3:53.10
15:47 flat
Hoare 3:54.5
Raess 3:57
Beamish 3:57.5
Klecker 3:58.0
Geordie Beamish and Jonas Raess are not listed on the entries any more -- they have been replaced by Ben Flanagan (3:57pb / 3:44 1500 this year) and Tom Elmer (3:37pb / 3:57 this year).
This is a big blow to the WR attempt and will probably change most of the predictions. On the other hand it will give Empire Elite and the Ireland team a better chance
I'll say they run 15:51.5

With the new teams this is how the top 3 looks according to world athletics:
On AC:
Flanagan 3:57.75 (4:02.98 this year)
Elmer 3:55.27c (4:16.99c / 8:04 3K this year)
Klecker 3:54.36c
Hoare 3:49.67c
Sum of converted PRs: 15:37.05 (becomes 15:46 if Elmer runs ~4:04)
Dublin Track Club:
Hiko Haso 4:04.60 (7:55 3K this year)
Sean Tobin 3:57.00 (7:47 3K this year)
Paul Robinson 3:52.44c (3:56.91c this year)
Andrew Coscoran 3:52.91c
Sum of converted PRs: 15:46.95 (becomes 15:42 if Haso runs ~3:59)
Empire Elite TC:
Luciano Fiore 4:07.95 (1:47 800 this year)
Ben Allen 4:01.59
Eric Holt 3:53.95c (3:57 this year)
Colby Alexander 3:50.74c
Sum of converted PRs: 15:54.23 (becomes 15:46 if Fiore runs ~4:00 which would better match his 800 time)
Weather looks good, no rain. Interestingly the Ireland team looks better than Empire Elite, and all three teams have an outlier leg (Elmer, Haso, Fiore). Elmer is particularly concerning as he has only run a 3:57 1500 this year (thought it was a mile above, my bad). This puts Dublin team into serious contention
So I'll go out on a limb and be the first to say, Dublin Track Club will win the race:
Haso 4:01 (hoping he leads off)
Tobin 3:59
Robinson 3:56
Coscoran 3:55
Total: 15:51 (beats Oregon time from last week)

Lame. But kudos for compiling all that
It will be very windy or is that not an issue at Franklin Field?
I'll revise my guess to 15:52.50, but OAC/VNTC still winning
On will take it in 15:51.78.
Flanagan 4:00
Elmer 4:01
Klecker 3:58
Hoare with the fastest split of 3:52.56
ok
Given new line-up:
15:50.87
Hoare 3:54
Elmer 3:56
Flanagan 3:59
Klecker 4:01
15:48:93
Hoare 3:53:00
Beamish 3:57:93
Klecker 3:58:00
Raess 4:00:00
New lineup:
3:52:05
Hoare 3:53:00
Klecker 3:58:00
Flanagan 4:00:00
Elmer 4:00:05
With the new line-up
Hoare 03:57.2
Elmer 03:59.6
Flanagan 04:02.5
Klecker 03:58.4
15:57.7
Too many changes in roster so I'm just going overall time and fastest split...
15:53.69
3:54.09
