Appreciate the support my guy, but im ded serious and stand firm in my convictions. My scientific research will continue as i seek my full potential running 10 miles a week. I will show the non believers, the high achievers what is possible when giving minimum effort and the will to succeed

I dropped an 18-flat 5K running -5 miles per week. That's right, a negative amount of miles. Ded serious and scientific for shure.
5:39 mile and 19:57 5k been averaging 10 miles a week for about 2 months and still improving a lot off this low mileage. mostly easy to moderate runs 2-5 miles.
Depends bro. How old are you? The older you get the more prone to injuries you will be as you increase mileage and in most cases the slower we get. Definitely can go into the 19:00-18:00's with some adjustments. Good luck!
Sounds like you're single, no kids or spouse, and not killing yourself with work.
If you're too lazy to run the mileage to find out if you could be a good runner, well that's fine, but don't make excuses for it.
I (and I'm sure many here) have done big mileage with 70 hr weeks, full families, and a normal social life. If you want it you can make the time for it.
Yeah right, big mileage , 70 hr work-weeks, full family and normal social life. You don't believe that yourself. Full of gas (for lack of a better word) comes to my mind.
