Apparently your are just as interested or is it me you're interested in, because your stalking my threads without commenting on the subject? I don't go round purposely looking for grammatical errors in post like you do.
Have you even typed Letesenet,Siffan or Almaz in your last few posts if at all?
Look for Gidey's name.
Anyone have the results, was t the meet held today? I'm interested in Letesenet, indoor 1500m Champion G. Tesgay who debuted the 10km road last year in 29:39, and notorious frontrunner Almaz Ayana to see if she near her top form after 5 years injuries.
The womens race is tmrw in Hengelo24 hours after the men. Much as I’m rooting for Ayana, I very much doubt she make an impression on the younger talent in this field. But who knows?
It’s tomorrow.
Seven and a half hours. you can watch it on the WA Youtube channel
You prefer the wrong name?
My guess for top 3, in no particular order: Girmawit, Gidey, and YY.
The surprise is not Ayana missing, but the 2 girls who made the Olympic team: Tsigie G. and Gemechu
Does anyone have a schedule of events for today? Or know what time the 10k is?? Sorry, tried to google but was having trouble, and the official website is obv not in english

30:48.5 placed 5th Ethiopian but lost out in the kick, which we all know she isn't known for having a kick. She is on her way back, last track race was a +9:15 (3000m). Almaz isn't 100% back but progress is looking very promising for the MOST DOMINATE women's OLYMPIC 10000m CHAMPION EVER.
If a sit and kick isn't her race, why did the MOST DOMINATE CHAMPION ever not tuck in behind the 7ft tall Scottish wind shield and go with the faster pace rather than risk losing to such famous kicking specialists as 14:52 5000m runner Bosena Mulate. She would have been even further down the field if Tseguy had decided to race as well.
I agree this is bad excuse-making. Ayana had a good effort and ran her most encouraging race in years, but she's not at her old level yet. If she was she would've finished with the top 3 who kicked well clear. Even if you're not a kicker, if you're in 29:30-30:10 fitness you are with those 3.
Even when she was in world record shape her best last 400m was 64. So no you can be in WR shape and still not be able to kick against slower competitors but better kickers if you leave them in the race comfortable for them.
You nailed it and they simply downvoted you 11 to 1. VIPAM of course knows very little.

Because she was always hammering the last 2000+ of those races. She could run faster in a race where she sat back.
