My level of sympathy for him just dropped to zero. Any time I hear about someone driving drunk, I have no pity, since they are as apt to take someone else's life as their own. I had a cousin killed by a drunk driver (who was on his 4th offense). The only person I feel sorry for is the dump truck driver who has to live with the PTSD from having hit the guy. This is another example of why it is important to wait for all of the facts before reaching a conclusion.
You have no sympathy for someone dying because they drove under the influence. Congratulations.
In the ultimate insult to those whose family members have been killed by drunk drivers, the Steelers will be honoring Haskins while wearing helmet decals with his number this season.
