Cranny is the obvious doper. Complete change in physique and muscle tone since joining BTC, and coming from a college team with their own doping rumors. She’s definitely on steroids. As someone pointed out, GDS was running pretty great times before she joined BTC, but the big jump she made right as she joined BTC is really suspicious as well. Other than that jump, there’s nothing as glaring and doping may actually be super extra dangerous for her.
Big jump? GDS hasn't bettered her 1500 or 5000 PRs since she joined BTC. Running faster over longer distances is expected since BTC uses strength-based training while the Muir's group is speed-based.
My physique and muscle form have changed completely since I started coming here regularly. My stomach is rounder, my legs are thicker and I can't stop with the eating a pint of ice cream in the evening thing for the life of me. Obvious doper, or just a dope?
2019 she was in the "8 sec. 1500m improvement in one season zone", like Houlihan the year before. You decide which zone this is. But I agree that with the supershoes and fast indoor tracks this new PBs are not that much of a further improvement, despite looking so on paper.

Getting fat vs getting toned. Hmm, which one does steroids help you do? Getting fat is on you. Steroids change your body like these dopers bodies do.
The sport is what it is. How dare anyone question the Bowerman team? LOL. There is not imho a top professional distance runner is who is not doping. And I don't blame them. It is dope or go home. If that's OK with people, fine. I still follow cycling despite the reality. Absolutely no reason why distance running is not the exact same thing. And it is not as if the sport was ever pristine. Until the mid-1980s blood doping was perfectly legal. Today we have chemicals that are virtually undetectable. I mean two runners just ran 14:30. Even on the BU track that is very, very fast, Dibaba level fast.

Prescription steroids made me fat you dope. Ice cream came later.
Remember the good old days when it was just the Chinese women that were breaking their own prs over the second half of races on their way to insane times?
When GDS ran 3:56 was that also in the "doping zone" or is that an acceptable level of achievement for you?
Interesting point. 1500 m US top 3:
1) 3:54.99 Shelby Houlihan – banned drug cheat2) 3:56.29 Shannon Rowbury – coached by a banned drug cheat3) 3:57.12 Mary Decker – banned drug cheat, coached by the same banned drug cheat

Yep, when she ran 3:56 she was training with Laura Muir, so she's now implicated too. Everyone's doping.
