Actually ponied up for the Flotrack one year option earlier this afternoon and that race actually made it all worthwhile. I get they need to pay their people etc but really wish that could have been free to air. Incredible race from fisher - as others have said almost robotic and really picked it up after the pacers dropped. And then Marc Scott - i think he started dropping at one point but then you turn around and he's with Ahmed on the last straight. And eyes might be decieving me but i think Atkins paced a bit dropped back and then still was there at the finish. And Mantz - all the way back but runs 13.10.
All around great race and shoes or not i remember running this race in under 14 and going very high on the ncaa rankings - now we probably have 4 collegians under 13.30 in this race alone!
makes Fisher the odds on favorite to win Worlds in Eugene. Destroys Ahmed (OG Silver) and the Ugandans are likely to get caught soon anyway. Now time to test the Epiopians - can't believe they have been getting away with it for so long.
Some funny business from the rabbits. Both the Moroccan guy and Atkins went wide then tried to slide back into the paceline, nearly tripping a few guys in each case. When Atkins did it Ahmed had to take a step or two inside the rail. Would've lost anyway but cost him a second or two probably. What idiots. They should not get paid.

Did you see early on Mantz was on the outside of Ahmed who was pretty far back, and at one point Ahmed just shoved him back and moved up on the outside!

Atkin ran 13:03. I think it’s ok.
Unclear how that justifies his spastic behaviour after coming off the front of the race.

before this race there were 14 under 13:30, not sure any of those ran today so it could be sub 13:30 to run at NCAA championship.......
Methner of ND just ran 13:32 which may be all for naught
