You think Rudisha would be hard pressed to run 4:30 even after training for it? That man is sub 4:30 at any point in his life and probably sub 3:50 if trained for it. Wariner probably right around 4 flat if he trained for it. Micheal Johnson probably right around 4 if he trained for it also.
