Check their blood pressure. If it's high, they likely have cardiovascular inflammation of one type or another.
The rest of this is based on information as we have it now but good luck getting a doctor to go on record (I was told this was a major problem behind closed doors at a cardiovascular institute. When I requested a formal ruling on the vaccine, the scripted answer was provided...telling people the truth would result in potential blackball or medical license suspension). Now, that said:
The cardiovascular inflammation is from the spike protein. Some people have issues, some don't. Prevalence of such issues is likely 10% to 15% of the population. For this group, cardiovascular inflammation is inevitable (either from virus or vaccine), however, vaccination appears much worse for this group than catching COVID and obtaining natural immunity. Here's the problem that the MRNA Vax causes (not the inactivated virus vaccines given in other countries):
The MRNA Vax uses RNA to program your body to manufacture the spike. That is a continual process rather than a single dose coming either via natural infection or vaccination. Therefore, your body cannot fight and purge the toxin (spike). Both can result in problems. The good news is that this process wanes over time.... probably a matter of 3 to 18 months. Now, what to do:
1) Keep track of blood pressure several times per week. You'll probably find it is quite elevated relative to their baseline (it may not be high over but high relative to their baseline). P
2) If high BP, have them fast for 3 to 5 days (electrolyte beverages only to maintain hydration... keeping carbs very low... a saline IV might work here)
3) Zero- I repeat- ZERO Cardio. The cortisol alone will maintain the inflammatory response.
4) Cycle thru fasting and eating.
5) Keep checking BP.
6). BP should drop substantially within a couple weeks.
7). After the BP has dropped and stayed low for at least a week, introduce some light training.
8) Keep checking BP. Gradual increase of okay... Cycle steps 2 thru 7 if it increases again.
9) Keep cycling thru and the athlete will eventually pull out of it UNLESS
10) Athlete receives a booster. If they receive a booster before the body has repaired previous damage, the effect is exponential and they'll have many more problems than before.
11) Most of the athletes with this condition will take months to get back to their former status. You may want a cardiologist follow up to review their condition if you need to obtain a medical redshirt for the athlete. Do not expect anyone to publicly agree with you.... Not even the athlete. That's why you focus on the symptoms and not the cause... Saying the word "vaccine" or Vax will likely be problematic for you and remove you from a position of authority to help these young athletes.
I wish you well in your endeavors. I post anonymously for the benefit of all.
