If I were to run a 2-mile time trial in 36 degree (Fahrenheit) weather with a windchill that brings it down to 30 degrees, how much time would that likely add to my finishing time? I know that heat certainly negatively affects race pace at a certain point but what about the cold? I ran that time trial today and felt like I could have gone a lot faster if it weren't for the cold. I've looked for pace conversion calculators on cold weather but can't find any. Any help is appreciated.
