So it appears that it's a wide open market where athletes are free to get money for endorsing products.
My questions are this:
-What say, if anything do the schools have it this?
-Can an athlete endorse something like alcohol, weed or THC products if the athlete is of legal age and the products are legal in that state?
-Could the school sign the athlete to be their spokes person? So the school just directly pays the QB to have commercials saying "Come to State U! It's the best!"
